Yup, I'm still alive....barely.
I'll be returning to the states in 2 or three weeks. Unfortunately it won't be for as long as I originally anticipated, but it'll still be about a month.
School has been fairly exciting and enjoyable. I can't really say if my Japanese has improved by any great margin, but I do think I got better on the whole.
Maybe when I get home I'll stop being lazy and post some new art!

yeah definately the last part of the series was good. i kind of missed out on the ones before that since my brothers didnt collect the entire manga. so i think about two years ago, i completed the set. well i miss maybe one or two. i still have the old old set, no the republished one. so i had to run around different old bookstores around the city in japan collecting old kinnikuman manga. whenever i see a yoshinoya, i think of suguru. gyuudon hitotsu!

I have to say I like all of the justice chojin, but Suguru and Brocken Jr. are my two favs. Suguru is just so funny and Brocken has the never say die attitude.
I know what you mean about the final tournament. It was almost non-stop matches throughout, and everyone got a chance to shine. Classic.

my favorite kinnikuman character is Warsman and Robinmask. the old series is still the best. especially during the final tournament against the 5 musclemen groups. that was awesome.
